'La Colonne du Temps' Mark II
Mark II continues to display the passing hours and minutes through a complex system of independently rotating carriages, each guided by a uniquely profiled cam. Every segment moves at its own measured pace, creating a captivating mechanical choreography of time in motion.
A retrograde hand indicates the seconds, engraved on a smaller fixed cylinder positioned between the hour and minute displays.
An elegantly engineered base houses the movement, while refined feet and leather-encased rollers support the column. The timepiece rests on an aluminium base beneath a bevelled glass shade, completing its sculptural presence.
