For years, we’ve been asked the same question:
“Are you ever going to make a watch?”
And for just as long, our answer was always the same:
“No — the parts are far too small for our eyes!”
This year, that changed.
Since the end of 2024, we have been quietly developing our very own timepiece, built around the revered ETA 6498 movement. The result is a watch that reflects our shared approach to craftsmanship, detail, and restraint. It features a classic solid silver dial with a subtle, hand-finished linen texture, available in three finishes: patina silver and silver.
The case and bezels are machined from 904L stainless steel and finished by hand to a high polish. We are proud to manufacture the majority of the watch in-house, including the case, dial, seconds dial, main bezel, seconds bezel, and crown.
Each movement is fully serviced, pressure tested to 50 metres, and finished by hand. The wheels visible on the reverse are hand-blued, while the teeth remain platinum plated. Our prototypes have travelled the world on the wrists of friends, customers, and suppliers. The feedback has exceeded all expectations, ranging from “It’s not bad” from Roger Smith, to “It’s perfectly imperfect” from a gentleman working at one of the most prestigious watch brands in the world. From the outset, our goal was to create a timepiece that feels personal, — something you can truly make your own. To celebrate Bob’s 30th anniversary at Sinclair Harding, in 2026 we will produce just 30 pieces. Each watch can be customised with your choice of dial finish, indicator colours (Gold, Rose Gold, or Platinum), seconds dial finish, hand colours, and strap options — allowing you to create a watch that is uniquely yours. The sapphire case back can also be laser engraved on the inside with a personal message or logo.
